  • Forgot your password?
    Reset your password either on our website: https://mgr-web-mauve.vercel.app/more, or in the app via Settings → Account → Manage Password.
  • Want to delete your account?
    Delete your account on our website: https://mgr-web-mauve.vercel.app/more, or in the app via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  • App not working?
    Try the following sequence:
    1. Reset the app: Settings → Reset App.
    2. Close the app completely and reopen it.
    3. If it still does not work, reinstall the app from the App Store / Play Store.
  • How do I update my app?
    Open the App Store / Play Store, go to the Updates section (or search for EM Degree Tracker), and tap Update if a new version is available.
  • How do I contact support from inside the app?
    Contact support via:
    1. In the app: Settings → Connect → Visit Website/Support Email.
    2. From the login screen, tap Visit our website.
